The breathable headgear contains both stretching and non stretch panels to mix comfort and stability to reduce the chance of mask dislodgement. The ErgoForm Headgear lays on the high part of the back of your head for increased head movement without interrupting your therapy. The headgear has five adjustment points on both headgear clips, either side of the forehead support, and the top buckle to customize and conform your mask to you. The Simplus Full Face Mask has velcro tabs and headgear clips for easy on and off.

Cleaning Tips

1. Separate the mask cushion from the frame and remove the headgear.
2. Wet a paper towel with a mix of mild soap and water, and gently scrub the cushion and forehead pad. Make sure to remove any debris that may have collected.
3. Set the cushion aside to air dry, but don’t place it in direct sunlight.

Headgear Cleaning Tips

1. Wet the headgear with water.
2. Apply a little mild soap to the headgear.
3. Gently scrub the headgear, and rinse with clean drinking water.
4. Set the headgear aside to air dry, but don’t place it in direct sunlight.

PLEASE NOTE: Do not wash the headgear in a clothes washer or dry it in a dryer. Do not iron the headgear.

Fitting Tips

It takes only three steps to fit the Simplus CPAP mask the first time:

1. With one headgear clip locked on to the frame, place the cushion over the nose and mouth and slide the headgear over the head.
2. Lock in the second headgear clip.
3. Adjust the headgear straps from top to bottom, starting with the top buckle and working down to the headgear clip straps.

Headgear Size Note: The Simplus Headgear is available in two sizes: Small and Medium/Large. The size Small CPAP mask comes packaged with the Small headgear. The Medium and Large sizes come packaged with the Medium/Large headgear.

Cushion Note: The cushion of the F&P Simplus is attached to an acrylic shell and they cannot be separated from each other. This is meant to be permanently attached for effortless assembly. Any size Simplus Cushion can be used with the Simplus Frame.

Where do I find the size?

The mask frame does not have an identifiable size because it offers a universal fit to each of the Simplus Full Face Mask cushions.

The size of the cushion can be found on either side of the full face cushion. Hold the mask with the elbow facing the user. Then, turn the mask to the left or right to view the profile of the full face cushion. Near the middle of the cushion, the user will see a clear, embossed letter imprinted into an indention beginning at the bridge of the nose. The letter represents the size of the full face cushion.
